About Me
Fitness saved me in more ways than one — not just physically, but emotionally. As a 12-year track athlete (100m, 200m, 4x100m, 4x400m), I found a deep love for fitness that transitioned into a passion for coaching people to their fullest potential. As someone who was always self-conscious and doubtful, my world (and self-esteem) expanded once I started in athletics.I started FitNattic because I wanted to give people that same confidence in their ability in becoming a person they never thought they could be. I believe training isn’t just about sculpting bodies. It’s a way of life. It’s a commitment to dedication. It’s about creating a sense of autonomy that brings you back to your power. For me, training brought out a side of me that was always there — I just needed the right environment and motivation to let her loose. 💪From aesthetics to purely functional, I believe there are many reasons why people begin to train.
